Our technicians are most willing to give you advice on any technical aspects and performance criteria, across various product ranges and assist your design and architectural staff. Our service includes advice on current building regulation requirements for thermal and acoustic aspects.
Energycare’s quality control and H&SE aspects
The continued quality of our work is key to our success. Our in-house and external training courses ensure our fitters achieve the required standards and that these are constantly updated and checked. Our Quality Control Manager, assisted by his inspectors, ensures at least 20% of our work receives post-installation inspection. Our Training Officer ensures all fitters receive both initial and ongoing training.
Our Health and Safety Officer ensures we keep up to date with all Health & Safety aspects and that these are communicated to all staff. Staff attend external H&SE courses as well as internal training courses. Regular site visits and H&SE audits are carried out by our Health and Safety Officer and Company Inspectors.
Energycare’s guarantee
All our work is guaranteed for workmanship and quality. Cavity wall insulation is guaranteed through CIGA (Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency) for 25 years. Details of all guarantees are available on request.
